# Creator OS FAQ: Features, Billing, and Troubleshooting

    Yes. You can generate and share a media kit without a paid subscription. Paid plans unlock the brand deal CRM, analytics dashboard, and additional customization options.

    Creator OS currently supports YouTube and Twitch. Additional platforms may be added in the future.

  <Accordion title="How often are my channel stats updated?">
    Stats are synced from YouTube and Twitch on a regular schedule. Updates may take a few hours to reflect on your media kit and analytics dashboard.

  <Accordion title="Can brands see my media kit without logging in?">
    Yes. Your media kit shareable link is public — brands can view it without creating a Creator OS account.

  <Accordion title="What happens if I disconnect a channel?">
    The channel's stats are removed from your media kit and analytics dashboard. Your deal history and contacts are not affected.

  <Accordion title="Can I have multiple channels connected?">
    Yes. You can connect multiple YouTube and Twitch channels. Each connected channel appears in your analytics dashboard and contributes to your media kit.

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel my subscription?">
    Go to **Account > Billing > Cancel Subscription**. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued. For more details, see [Plans & Billing](/account/plans-billing).

    Creator OS only accesses your public channel statistics. It never posts content on your behalf or accesses your private messages or account data.
