Manage Your Profile and Creator OS Account Settings

The Account Settings page in Creator OS gives you control over your profile, connected platforms, notifications, and security options.

Profile settings

Update your display name, profile photo, and public bio from Account > Profile. Your bio appears on your media kit, so keep it concise and brand-facing.

Connected channels

View, add, or remove your YouTube and Twitch channel connections from Account > Channels. Each connected channel syncs its stats to your media kit and analytics dashboard automatically. For step-by-step setup instructions, see Connecting channels.

Notifications

Configure which email notifications you receive from Creator OS. Go to Account > Notifications to toggle each type on or off:

• New inbound brand inquiries — get notified when a brand contacts you through your media kit link.
• Deal stage reminders — receive reminders when deals in your CRM haven’t been updated recently.
• Monthly analytics summaries — a monthly email recap of your channel performance metrics.

Security

Change your password from Account > Security > Change Password. If you signed up using Google OAuth, your password is managed through your Google account. Visit myaccount.google.com to update it.

Deleting your account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact support using the in-app chat. This action cannot be reversed.
