The Deals section in Creator OS gives you a Kanban-style view of all your active and past brand deals, organized by stage. Each deal card shows you the brand name, deal value, and current status so you always know where things stand.

Creating a new deal

1

Go to Deals in the left sidebar

Select Deals from the main navigation to open your pipeline view.
2

Click + New Deal

Use the button at the top of the page to open the new deal form.
3

Enter the brand name

Type the brand name directly or select an existing contact from your Contacts list.
4

Set the deal value

Enter your expected payment for this sponsorship. This is the amount you’re negotiating for or have agreed to.
5

Add notes about the deal terms or requirements

Record anything relevant — content format, talking points, exclusivity clauses, or deadlines.
6

Click Save

The deal is created and appears in the Outreach column of your pipeline.

Moving deals through the pipeline

Drag a deal card from one column to the next to advance it through the pipeline. Alternatively, open the deal by clicking on it and change the stage from the Stage dropdown in the detail panel. Either approach updates the deal immediately.

Deal details

Each deal stores a complete record of the sponsorship. Open any deal card to view and edit:
  • Brand contact — the person or company you’re working with
  • Deal value — your expected or agreed payment amount
  • Content deliverables — what you agreed to create (video, stream, post, etc.)
  • Due date — when the content must be published
  • Notes and conversation history — a running log of everything discussed
  • Payment status — whether payment is pending, overdue, or received

Marking a deal as paid

Open the deal and change the stage to Paid using the stage dropdown. You can optionally log the actual payment amount received if it differs from the original deal value. This closes the deal and moves it to your completed history.
Add notes to each deal after every brand conversation. A clear paper trail helps when negotiating or following up.
