Creator OS automatically generates your media kit from your connected channel data, but you can personalize several key sections to better represent your brand and make it easier for sponsors to say yes. Adding your rates, a short bio, and a record of past partnerships turns a data snapshot into a complete pitch for potential brand deals.

Add your collaboration rates

Rates tell brands what to expect before they reach out, which saves time for both sides. To set your rates:
  1. Go to Media Kit > Edit > Rates.
  2. Enter your pricing — you can add a flat rate per video, a CPM rate, or describe package deals (for example, a bundle of YouTube video + social posts).
  3. Save your changes.
You can update your rates at any time as your channel grows or your pricing changes.

Write your bio

Your bio appears at the top of your media kit and is often the first thing a brand reads. Keep it to 2–3 sentences, and use it to communicate your niche, your audience, and what makes your content distinct. For example: what topics you cover, who watches you, and what kind of brand integrations fit your channel. To add or edit your bio, go to Media Kit > Edit and update the bio field at the top of the form.

Add past brand partnerships

Listing brands you’ve worked with before gives new sponsors confidence that you’ve handled integrations professionally. To add a past partnership:
  1. Go to Media Kit > Edit > Past Partners.
  2. Select Add Brand.
  3. Enter the brand name and, optionally, a brief note about the collaboration.
This section is optional. If you’re just starting out, you can leave it empty and add entries as you complete deals.

Choose which stats to display

You can control which metrics appear on your public media kit. If a stat isn’t relevant to the type of deals you’re pursuing, you can hide it. To manage your visible stats, go to Media Kit > Edit > Stats and toggle each metric on or off.
Adding your rates and past brand partnerships significantly increases your response rate from brands.
Channel stats (subscriber count, views, etc.) are pulled automatically and cannot be manually edited.
