Your Contacts list in Creator OS stores the brands and agencies you work with or have reached out to, keeping all their details in one place. Instead of digging through emails to find a contact’s name or rate history, you have everything at your fingertips whenever you create or update a deal.

Adding a contact

Go to Contacts in the sidebar

Select Contacts from the main navigation to open your contacts list.

Click + New Contact

Use the button at the top of the page to open the new contact form.

Enter the contact details

Fill in the brand or agency name, email address, and any notes about the contact or relationship.

Click Save

The contact is added to your list and is now available to link to deals.

Linking contacts to deals

When creating or editing a deal, select a contact from the Brand Contact field to associate them with that deal. The linked contact’s details appear directly in the deal view so you don’t have to switch between screens during a negotiation.

Contact details

Each contact record can store the following information:
  • Brand/agency name — the company you’re working with
  • Contact person name — the individual you communicate with
  • Email address — their primary contact email
  • Notes — past interactions, preferences, rates offered, or any other context
  • Linked deals — all deals associated with this contact, shown automatically

Editing and deleting contacts

Click on any contact to open their profile. Use the Edit button to update their details, or Delete to remove them from your contacts list. Deleting a contact does not delete any deals that were linked to them — those deals remain intact and continue to show the contact name for reference.
Contacts are shared across all your deals. Update a contact once and all linked deals reflect the change automatically.
